Free Shipping on All Orders
All orders ship free to destinations we currently serve, with no minimum order value. Enter your delivery address at checkout to check availability. If a shipping charge appears, please contact admin@tinhifi.com before paying so we can check it.
India: Import Duties & Taxes Included
For orders delivered to India through our shipping arrangement, import duties and taxes are included. If a courier requests an additional import-tax payment, contact us with your order number and the payment notice before paying.
For destinations outside India, applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees may be payable by the recipient. These depend on the destination and local requirements.
Processing & Delivery
Our published processing time is 1–2 days from the date your order is placed. Pre-orders and out-of-stock products may take longer; check the product listing or contact us before ordering.
The carrier and route depend on the destination. Shipping services may include 4PX, DHL or FedEx; free shipping does not mean every order uses express delivery.
The transit estimates below exclude processing time and are not guaranteed. A listed country does not guarantee current service availability: check your address at checkout. For India or destinations not listed below, contact us with your country and postal code for an estimate.
